Read the statement on the main page. That is what we want. Knock us out with what you have to offer. Genre does not matter to us. Romance, realism, nature, humor, anything. All we ask is that we get something powerful.
If you would like to submit, please do so by e-mail. Copy and paste your submission into the body of the e-mail; no attachments. If you attach a file, we will not even look at it. Send in up to FIVE poems at one time. Our e-mail address is HeavyHandsInk@gmail.com. New material will be posted upon acceptance. We would also like it if you included a brief, third person biography.
Re-prints will not be accepted. Simultaneous Submissions are fine. If you work is accepted elsewhere, though, please notify us as soon as possible.
HeavyHandsInk reserves First North American Serial Rights. Feel free to have your work published elsewhere after we have done so, but you must note that we have published it first.
You should hear a response from us in a week. If rejected, we will explain why we did not accept your work so that you may know what to change when submitting here in the future.
